01 / Measure
How to measure
Use a flexible measuring tape, keep it level and snug without pulling tight, and measure over light clothing. Ask someone to help where possible.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, with your arms relaxed. Keep the tape level across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, keeping the tape comfortably snug. For trouser fit, also note where you prefer the waistband to sit.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.
Inseam
Use trousers that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure along the inside leg seam from the crotch seam to the hem. This is a garment measurement; it is not the outseam listed in the chart.
